1Level 1 — ETH Yield

The Conservator — mtETH-S

An AI-powered ETH savings vault — exclusively for MTYLD holders. Deposit your ETH and let The Conservator, our on-chain AI agent, put it to work earning lending yield automatically.

Hold MTYLD, Unlock Access

The Conservator vault is gated — only wallets holding MTYLD tokens can deposit.

AI Manages Your ETH

The Conservator deploys vault WETH into Compound V3 for reliable lending yield — automatically, around the clock. New strategies can be added to the vault without redeploying it.

Your ETH Grows — Withdraw Anytime

Lending yield grows the NAV of your mtETH-S shares. Withdraw more WETH than you put in.

How mtETH-S Works
1
Hold MTYLD → vault access unlocked
2
Deposit WETH → receive mtETH-S shares
3
Agent deploys to Compound V3 → earns lending yield
4
Compound V3 yield grows NAV → your mtETH-S = more WETH
5
Withdraw anytime → get back more than you put in

Where MT's Own Deposits Come From

Mechanical Temp routes the interest it claims from the Wise RWA position — telecom revenue from World Mobile AirNodes — into recurring WETH buys, which are deposited here. Principal in the Wise strategy stays capped; only the yield is moved. This is MT's own capital and does not change the NAV of anyone else's shares.

2Level 2 — Credit Line

MT Credit Line v3

A dual-collateral business credit line on-chain. Lend USDC to Mechanical Temp and earn interest. Lock MTYLD or mtETH-S as collateral and earn a share too.

💵

USDC Lenders — Earn 70% of Interest

Deposit USDC to fund HVAC operations. Yield backed by a real business, not algorithms.

🔐

mtETH-S Collateral — 60% LTV

Lock Conservator shares as collateral. Earn share of 30% interest on top of the existing Compound V3 yield.

🏭

MTYLD Collateral — 70% LTV

MTYLD gets the highest LTV because its NAV is USDC-stable — backed by real revenue, not crypto market prices.

●Behind the Scenes

MT Investment Positions

Mechanical Temp’s day-to-day cash flow runs through the company bank account, not on-chain. What sits here is separate: a portion of profit placed into income-generating positions, held in a wallet you can inspect on Arbiscan. These are investments meant to produce revenue, not the money used to run jobs.

Who owns this

This capital belongs to Mechanical Temp — not to MTYLD holders. It is counted in ecosystem AUM because it is part of the same on-chain balance sheet and verifiable at the same addresses, not because holders have a claim on it. It is also distinct from the MTYLD treasury: HVAC job revenue is converted and released into that vault separately, on MT’s own schedule.

💵

Aave v3 — USDC Lending

Supplied to the largest money market in DeFi. Interest accrues into the balance itself, paid in USDC by overcollateralized borrowers. Withdrawable any time.

📡

Wise Telecom Nodes — Real World Assets

A fixed investment in World Mobile AirNodes — physical telecom infrastructure — paying a contract-set 20% rate. The principal is capped on purpose and the interest is claimed out rather than compounded, funding recurring WETH buys into the Conservator. The risk is counterparty rather than smart contract, and exit is a sell order in a queue rather than an instant withdrawal.

Every figure above is read live from Arbitrum. The Wise figure is deposited principal plus interest that has accrued but not yet been claimed — the contract reports those as two separate values, so both are read and added.

How MTYLD Works

Plain-language overview — no crypto experience required.

1) Real Work → USDC

We complete HVAC jobs. A portion of revenue is converted to USDC and queued in the on-chain vault.

2) Active Treasury Management

Idle treasury funds are actively deployed into low-risk, yield-bearing stablecoin strategies.

3) Hold or Redeem

Hold MTYLD to participate in treasury growth, or redeem MTYLD back to USDC at the current NAV.

FAQ

Do I need crypto to join the waitlist?
No. The waitlist is email-based. If/when you're whitelisted, we'll send simple steps.
Can I buy crypto with a card?
Yes — use our Stripe onramp above to buy ETH or USDC with a credit card, debit card, or bank transfer. No exchange account needed.
What are the risks?
Business performance, smart contract risk, and market conditions. NAV is not fixed; it reflects treasury per token.
What is mtETH-S and how is it different from MTYLD?
MTYLD is backed by real HVAC revenue converted to USDC. mtETH-S is a separate ETH savings vault — a member benefit for MTYLD holders. They are two separate products that work together.
Why does MTYLD get a higher LTV than mtETH-S on the credit line?
MTYLD's price is USDC-stable — it's backed by real HVAC revenue and can only go up relative to USDC. mtETH-S is ETH-denominated, so its USD value moves with the crypto market. Stable collateral earns a higher LTV.
What is the Wise RWA position, and does it back MTYLD?
No — it is Mechanical Temp's own operational capital, not MTYLD backing. USDC is deposited into Wise Telecom Nodes, which forwards it to World Mobile to buy AirNodes, and pays a contract-set 20% rate from telecom revenue. MT claims that interest rather than compounding it, and routes it into recurring WETH buys in the Conservator. Because the funds buy physical hardware, exiting means placing a sell order in a queue filled by new deposits, not an instant withdrawal.
